USIG Construction, Inc. is a Design/Build firm that specializes in building distinctive homes here on the Cumberland Plateau. We feature award-winning plans from Don Gardner and Frank Betz, as well as other originals from our draftsman. We also have the ability to design custom plans to fit your specific needs. We retain our own inhouse draftsman to assist each customer with the more difficult selections and significant decisions needed with each new home.
